In the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Decision Support Systems (DSS), machine learning benefits from the high and growing calculation capacity of current computers. It enables the creation of increasingly accurate and reliable models without excessive investments in advanced modeling of the system in question (e.g. fluid dynamics, hydraulics, etc.) and making it possible to include physical systems regulated by unknown mathematical relationships (e.g. logistics, behavioral analysis, etc.).
