Tax Credit Certification

Idea-Re is listed in the MiMIT Register of Certifiers (No. 233), established under the Prime Ministerial Decree (DPCM) of 15 September 2023, and supports companies through the certification process that attests the correct qualification of activities eligible for the tax credit for Research and Development, Technological Innovation, and Design and Aesthetic Conception, in accordance with the MiMIT Guidelines of 4 July 2024.

• Preliminary assessment: a structured analysis to determine whether and what can be certified, including the classification of activities and a check of their consistency with MiMIT criteria.
• End-to-end certification: preparation of the dossier and issue of the certification, including management of all steps on the MiMIT platform.
• Greater operational certainty: certification reduces the risk of disputes and has binding effects on the tax authorities, within the limits set by the regulations.
