Idea-Re joins the register of Certifiers of tax credits for Research and Development, Innovation and Design at MIMIT - Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

Idea-Re is among the first companies in Italy to be registered in the Register of Certifiers of tax credits for Research and Development, Innovation and Design and Aesthetic Creation, established by the DPCM of 15/09/2023 at MIMIT - Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

Companies that have made or intend to make investments in the fields of Research and Development, Innovation and Design and Aesthetic Creation may submit an application for the recognition of tax credits by accessing the Ministerial IT Platform and indicating Idea-Re, registered in the Register of Certifiers at no. 233, as the body responsible for certification.

To submit the application it is necessary to:

Access the portal made available by the Ministry by clicking on the following link: https://certificazionicreditors.mimit.gov.it/

Once logged in, click on the "Accedi come impresa" button to authenticate by entering SPID/CIE/EIDAS credentials and gain access to the personal home page;

Enter the company's details including an updated PEC address registered in the Companies Register; Enter the details of the project for which certification by the certifying body is requested (in particular project name, abstract, start and end date, expenditure incurred or planned, expected tax credit amount);

Select the certifying body;

Once the certifier has been chosen, the system will automatically generate a "Notifica d'incarico" document which must be digitally signed by the Legal Representative of the Company and the certifying body and re-uploaded to the IT Platform for automatic verification;

After the company has paid the secretarial and protocol fees, the system will register the application, sending a notification email to the email address associated with the company's digital identity and to the certifying body.

The company will be able to monitor the outcome of the application directly on the platform, in the Projects Archive section.
