Umbragroup joins Idea-Re in K-Digitale's share capital

UMBRAGROUP Spa, world leader in the production of ball screws for the aeronautical sector and a major player in the industrial and aerospace market, has joined the share capital of K-Digitale Srl alongside Idea-Re Srl, Innovactive Srl and Referentia Srl.

K-Digitale is an innovative startup based in Perugia that provides consultancy and builds platforms for the digital transformation of businesses and public administration.

Idea-Re President and CEO Marcello Marconi states: "The synergy between the partner companies makes K-Digitale a prominent player on the national scene.
