VIBES 4.0

Data, platforms and A.I. algorithms to improve workplace safety.

Abstract

VIBES 4.0 applies Artificial Intelligence tools to the analysis of data from location systems and digital platforms to develop real-time recommendation systems, with the aim of minimising occupational risk. The K-Digitale and Idea-Re partnership collects, organises and analyses workplace safety data, processing it through AI algorithms and delivering understandable and immediately actionable outputs.

Details

  • Partners: K-Digitale, Idea-Re
  • Eligible expenditure: € 314,305.00
  • Public contribution: € 139,802.50

Project objectives

  • Employ cutting-edge AI methodologies to improve the effectiveness and capability of the VIBES platform in a data-driven approach.
  • Provide operators with a real-time alert tool and management with a system to optimise safety methodologies.
  • Ensure the replicability of the solution in any business context.

Partnership

The project is based on ViBES®, a SaaS digital platform developed by K-Digitale, which simplifies and automates reporting processes (incidents, near-misses, risks, non-conformities) and the management of improvement actions. VIBES 4.0 develops a hybrid system that integrates location systems, data transmission and AI algorithms to produce alerts for safety managers, recommendations for operators and strategic guidance for management. An analytics database organises VIBES data according to the specific needs of each company.
